In this workshop we are going to tackle your most common pitfalls, hangups and struggles with food, and give you strategies and key mindset shifts to help you hit you goals and find your balance.
This 5 day MINI TRAINING will cover:
- Common dietary mistakes that most women make and how to fix them. Cut cravings, build lean muscle, feel full, and boost energy.
- The social pressure pitfall and how to navigate it's biggest offender.
- Paramount mindset shifts to change the paradigm through which you view your choices and help bring you peace with food.
- How to stop the all or nothing, binge and restrict cycle once and for all.
HOW IT WORKS:
Each day for 5 days, you will receive an email with a common roadblock, why it's stopping you from reaching your goals, and a small homework assignment to help get around or break through this block.
Each email also comes with a corresponding video where I can break down each concept further to help you find ways to eliminate this block.
It's a step by step, day by day, informative and supportive mini course designed to get you to stop scratching your head with nutrition get you and food (finally!) on the path to happy town.
