A workout. A competition. A presentation. Any time we’re put to the test, why are we SO quick to point out the 37 ways in which we could have done better? Why do we immediately list all the ways in which we were disadvantaged, or that our competition had some distinct advantage that we didn’t have?
Why is unapologetically delivering 100% effort so damn hard for us to do?
With the Open in full swing, this is an especially important time to consider these questions, and more importantly, make an honest effort to rewire this tendency.
