HOW THE PROGRAM WILL WORK FOR YOU + FAQS

 

WHEN DOES MY PROGRAM START?

Within 24 hours of signing up, you will receive a detailed questionnaire so that we can learn about you, your goals, and how we can work together to achieve them. Once you return the questionnaire to us, within 6 days you will receive your Week 1 email officially marking the start of your program!

WHAT EXACTLY DOES 'HOLISTIC HEALTH COACHING' MEAN?

Holistic Coaching is a style of coaching that addresses lifestyle factors and attitudes that impact your ability to reach any goal. Our program will help you determine what is getting in the way of you achieving your goals, and will help you make adjustments and implement changes to those lifestyle factors and attitudes, ultimately creating life-long habits for success. For example, if you have a goal of implementing an exercise routine into your daily life, the program will address areas of your life that may need to be changed or tweaked in order to ensure your success with sticking to that goal. Maybe you need to work on your sleep so you can have the energy to workout, or maybe you need support from your family so that you can feel good about devoting some time for yourself. We help you figure out how to make it happen in a sustainable way! The program, of course, provides support regarding specific nutrition and exercise goals. 

WHAT ARE THE LIFESTYLE FACTORS THAT THE PROGRAM ADDRESSES?

Nutrition | Sleep | Exercise | Stress Management | Rest and Recovery | Social Life Relationships & Family | Time Management | Body Confidence and Self-talk | Intuitive and Mindful Eating | Career | Play/Fun

DO I HAVE TO DO CROSSFIT?

No. We will support you and whatever exercise you are drawn towards. We might make suggestions, but CrossFit is never a requirement. We will help you determine the type of exercise that is right for you and how it will fit into your life. We welcome ALL fitness levels; Haven't laced up your running shoes in months? Don't even have a gym membership? That's ok! 

DO YOU PROVIDE WORKOUTS?

Yes! As a bonus, we provide simple but effective workouts that anyone can do anywhere without equipment (like body weight routine you can do in your own living room or at a park) and/or specific high level barbell strength/accessory work for the seasoned athlete. Again, all fitness levels are welcome!

WILL I HAVE TO EAT PALEO?

No. We will help you determine what foods are best for you and support you in eating those. We might make suggestions, but never will require you to eat only certain foods or completely avoid certain foods.

DO YOU ASSIGN MACROS?

We provide information on general macro nutrient profiles that might work for you. Our program also teaches you tools and tactics for sticking to your macros that you assign yourself or you get from an outside source. 

WHAT WILL I GET WEEKLY FROM MORGAN AND TAYLOR?

Each week of the 16-week program we provide new  tactics, tools, habits, and mindsets  (areas of focus) for you to learn about, practice, and implement into your life. These are in the form of assignments, direction, suggestions, and information designed to help you reach your goals. Our weekly areas of focus ensure a thorough and comprehensive strategy to help you finally reach your goals. You will also provide us with a detailed weekly update to let us know how you are doing with the program, the successes you’ve had, and the challenges you are experiencing. We provide feedback specific to your weekly update to make sure that you are making progress, getting closer to your goals, and thriving!.

 

WHAT WILL I BE INCLUDING IN MY WEEKLY UPDATES?

You will send us detailed weekly updates via email on the same day of the week that your program started, for each week while we are working together. You will include how you are feeling (mentally and physically), how you did with last week's areas of focus, any challenges you are experiencing, any successes you've had, anything else you want us to know, and ANY questions or concerns you might have. 

CAN I CONTACT TAYLOR AND MORGAN BETWEEN MY WEEKLY UPDATES?

Yes!! We want you to be in touch with us whenever you have a problem, question, challenge, or success! That's what we're here for. We do our best to respond within 24 hours of receiving your email. We also have a Facebook group that is moderated by both of us and a great resource for everyone in the program.

WHAT TYPE OF SUPPORT DOES THE PROGRAM OFFER ME? 

Weekly areas of focus that range from informative PDFs to active tasks and mental strategies, email support in between weekly updates, and the Thrive Online private Facebook group moderated by Taylor and Morgan, allowing you to connect with other Thriver’s, get support, share victories, and update on your progress.
